Engineered from our premium Polyester Stone, our products are built to withstand the harshest climates, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Confident in our meticulous manufacturing processes, we offer our esteemed clients—across both commercial and residential sectors—a 20-Year Structural Warranty, subject to the following terms and conditions:

I. Scope of Coverage

This 20-year warranty applies exclusively to the core structure made of Polyester Stone for our architectural products (planters, sculptural elements, outdoor furniture frames, and water feature structures), and covers the following:

• Structural Defects: Any cracks, fissures, or material separation in the core structure resulting directly from casting or manufacturing defects.

• Weather Resistance: The structure’s ability to withstand high temperatures and standard climatic changes without collapsing or losing its structural integrity.

II. Exclusions and Limitations

To ensure the longevity of our products, proper use and regular maintenance are required. This warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

• Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual fading, slight changes in color over the years due to direct and continuous exposure to Ultraviolet (UV) rays, or natural weathering of the surface finish over time.

• Misuse and Negligence: Damages caused by severe impact, vandalism, or use of the product for purposes other than its intended design.

• Improper Installation and Handling: Breakage resulting from dropping during transport or offloading after delivery, or incorrect installation by contractors or unauthorized third parties.

• Chemical and Physical Alterations: The use of harsh chemical cleaners, or any unauthorized modifications such as drilling, cutting, or repainting the product with unapproved materials.

• Force Majeure: Damages resulting from natural disasters (e.g., severe storms, earthquakes, fires) or unforeseen accidents.

• Supplementary Components (Accessories): Electrical systems, water pumps (in water features), and integrated lighting units carry a separate standard warranty (valid for 1 year from the date of receipt) and are not included in the 20-year structural warranty.

III. Warranty Validity and Claims Procedure

• Proof of Purchase: The original approved invoice or supply contract must be presented to verify the purchase date.

• Original Owner: This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser (the client or developing company named on the invoice) and is non-transferable to a third party without prior written consent from SFD management.

• Claim Process: Upon discovering a defect covered by this warranty, the client must immediately contact our Project Support or Customer Service team via official email. The claim must include a detailed description of the issue, along with clear photographs and videos demonstrating the defect.

IV. Remedies and Resolution

Upon verification of a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, SFD reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine the appropriate remedy from the following:

1. Repair: Dispatching a specialized team to repair or restore the defect, either at the client’s site (if feasible) or at our manufacturing facilities.

2. Replacement: If repair is deemed impossible, the defective item will be replaced with an identical piece (or a piece of similar design and specifications if the original model has been discontinued).

Important Note for International Projects & Supplies: This warranty does not cover international shipping costs for replacement parts or items, nor does it cover additional logistical expenses (such as cranes or heavy machinery required for loading/unloading large items at construction sites), unless explicitly stated otherwise in the pre-signed supply contracts.
